Our third mix in the yoga audio temple yoga mix series is ready for free download and contains a number of rather long, ambient ethnic songs that combine to create an atmospheric journey into a higher realm of deep meditation and yogic transformation.
In this mix we have focused on long yoga music to allow for deep meditation without so many changes in pitch or composition. This is the perfect mix for any of you who prefer a much more meditative approach to your yoga practice. As with the first two releases, the mix comes in at around 90 minutes which is about how much time I spend on my sessions and I feel it's a good length of time for a full yoga class.

Great list! I just started doing yoga with a few girlfriends and I am in love with it now. I can't believe how good I feel already. My friends were talking about taking a yogascape. I think it sounds like so much fun. I can't wait to be doing yoga in Nicaragua with my girls. I will have to download these song and put them on my iPod. Thanks for sharing.
